RATES are given in euros for accommodation for one night. A minimum 7 nights' booking is required (except for the "Jardin de Babylone" and "Jardin d’Eden" residences, with rentals per night). Prices are all-inclusive: bedding and towels provided (changed free of charge after one week), dishes (you will find less kitchen equipment than in your home, so please bring items you use often along with you), heating, electricity, hot and cold water.
RATES are the basic prices for accommodation in the standard category. Please note we have top-quality accommodation with more facilities in the "Standard +" and "Comfort" categories. There is also a selection of particularly high-quality apartments in the "Chic" category and our top-of-the-range selection in the "Luxury" category.
Rates for the accommodation are:
15% more than the basic rate for the "Standard +" category.
30% more than the basic rate for the "Comfort" category.
PAYMENT: a downpayment of 30% must be made on reservation, with the remainder to be paid 30 days before the date of arrival. By cheque, money order, credit card (except American Express and Diners Club), eurocheque (please note: the authorised amount for eurocheques issued by overseas banks is €200 (write card number on the back of cheque), ANCV Chèques Vacances (these cheques must reach us 4 weeks before your arrival).
PETS: pets are not allowed on the beach, in some accommodation, in the Chic and Luxury categories or in the "Jardin de Babylone" and "Jardin d’Eden" residences.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: arrival and departure on the day of your choice (minimum 7 nights' rental), subject to availability. For the "Jardin de Babylone" and "Jardin d’Eden" residences, rentals per night.
CHECK-IN TIME: keys are available from 6 pm. When you arrive at the naturist village in Cap d’Agde, park opposite the "Agence AGN".
Go to the agency reception and then to the "Bureau des Entrées" (50 metres away) to pick up the card (about €15 a week) giving access to the naturist village. If you arrive after 8 pm, your keys will be left at the "Bureau des Entrées". Please come back to the agency the next day for the check-in formalities.
DEPOSIT: a deposit of €150 to €1,000, depending on the type of apartment, must be provided at check-in (we will return your deposit within a fortnight of departure, after an inventory). The accommodation must be left clean and tidy: the dishes must be clean and put away, the bins empty and the toilets cleaned. We can also take care of housekeeping with a charge of €40 for a studio flat (2-3), €50 for an apartment (4-5), €60 for the largest accommodation (6-8) and €100 for the "Chic" and "Luxury" categories.
CHECK-OUT TIME: keys must be returned to the agency by 10 am at the latest. If you leave before the office opens, please put keys in the office letterbox.
DISCOUNTS ON STAYS: 3 nights minimum. Please contact us for rates and availability. At the "Jardin de Babylone" and "Jardin d’Eden" residences, rentals for one night.
CANCELLATION:
If the customer cancels:
• Over 30 days before the date of arrival: the downpayment is not refunded.
• Between 30 days and the scheduled date of arrival: the total rent must be paid.
• No reimbursement will be given for any stay cut short by the customer.

These exceptional offers apply for stays ending on 29 June 2019 at the latest and beginning on 24 August 2019 at the earliest. They are only applicable to standard and standard + accommodation (Jardin de Babylone, Jardin d’Eden, "Chic" category, "Luxury" category, excluding garages). Subject to agreement of owners.
